Footpaths and Rights of Way

We have three Local Footpath Secretaries who, between them, work on rights of way issues in the Tandridge district. The parishes they cover are as follows:

Richard Mascall (richard.mascall@ntlworld.com):

Bletchingley, Caterham on the Hill, Caterham Valley, Chaldon, Chelsham & Farleigh, Nutfield, Tatsfield, Titsey, Warlingham, Whyteleafe, Woldingham.

Tony Pearson (tony2.pearson@btinternet.com):

Burstow, Crowhurst, Dormansland, Felbridge, Godstone, Horne, Limpsfield, Lingfield, Outwood

Benedict Southworth (benedict.southworth@ntlworld.com):

Oxted, Tandridge

If you come across a path fault, please report it to the relevant authority. If in Surrey please use the online reporting form. If the defect is within the Tandridge area, please also inform the local Footpath Secretary, who will monitor for action.

The removal of fly tipped tipped material on any public land including highway verges is the reponsibility of the local borough or district council. If you have seen any fly tipping affecting a right of way, please report it to the appropriate local council. In the case of Tandridge District click here.
